Donahue and Dlanohe 1. Donahue, husband and wife, as joint tenants, that certain reel property situate in the City of Norrport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and described as follows, to -vit: The Northwesterly 30 foot of the Southwesterly 15 feet of Lot Twenty -ono and the Northwesterly 50 feet of Lots Twenty -tiro and Twenty -three in Block one Hundred Thirty -two of "Lake Tract, Newport Beach", as shown on a "p recorded in Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous naps, records of Orange County, California. �V11�-Vll WHEREAS, the consideration to be received for said deed from the said William F. Donahue and Blanche 3. Donahue, husband and cafe, is the sum of $300.00, and the granting to the City of Newport Beach, free and clear of all encumbrance, that certain real property situate in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, and described as follows: The Southeasterly 25 feet of the Northwesterly 55 feet of Lot 24 In Block 132 of Lake Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 13 of Miscellaneous Laps, records of Orange County, California. and WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach needs said property last described for the purpose of widening Coast Boulevard in the City of Newport Beach, orange County, California, and 1. Donahue and Blanche I. Donahue, husband and Wife, as joint tenants, for the considerations herein set forth; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the ILayor and City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach be authorized, directed and instructed to execute said deed for and on behalf of the City of Newport and that the same be immediately recorded when title shall be brought down on theproperty owned by William F. Donahue and Blanche I. Donahue, husband and wife, showing the same to be clear and free of all encumbrances, except taxes for the fiscal year 1947 -48, not yet due or payable.
