t'h=AS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of ISewport Beech a certain Grant Deed executed
by Walter R. Bloom, a widower, to the City of Newport Beach, a
municiprl corporation, covering that certain property described as
follows:
Lots Seventeen and Eighteen in Block Thirty-
nine of "River Section, Newport Beach", as
shown on a Map recorded in Book. 4, page 25
of Miscellaneous Blahs, records of Orange
County, California.
and,
WHEREAS, the
City of
Newport Beach has agreed
to pay
for
said real property
the sum
of $.32oo.0O, which sum of
money
is, in
the opinion and Judgment of the City Council of the City of
Beach, the fair market value of said property;
NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Grant Deed covering
said real property be and the same is hereby accepted by the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach and the City Clerk is author-
ized, directed and instructed to immediately record said dead when
title shall show clear and free in said City, sub,eot only to
taxes for the fiscal year 1947 -48, not yet due or payable.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
N wport Beach at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
