property the sum of $1200.00p which eum of money isg in the opinion and judge+
jment of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach@ the fair market value

real property be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach and the City Clerk is authorisede directed and instructed
to immediatoly record said.deed when title ehall shoe clear and free in said
City, subject only to taxes for the fiscal year 1947 -48.
