Councilman Robertson moved the adoption of a resolution, being a resolution of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach adopting budget and approving Memorandum of Agreement for
expenditure of gas tax allocation for Major City Streets.
The motion was duly seconded by Councilman Allen, the resolution designated Resolution
No. 3549 and was adopted by the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Isbell, Robertson, Siler, Reed
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.
