In the matter of the continued hearing on the investigation
report heretofore filed by the City Engineer for the acquisition of
certain property in China Cove having been heretofore continued to
the 24th day of Novembers, 1947s, the City Attorney reports that the
hearing on the temporary restraining order in the Superior Court of
Orange County,, California, has been continued to the h

that the hearing on the investigation report be further continued
to the hour of 4 o'clock P. ti, on the 8th day of Decembers 19479
which motion was seconded by Councilmen
carried by unanimous vote of all Councilmen present.
