WHEREAS, DONALD H. CONOVER and CECILE A. CONOVER, htl.sband end wife
joint tenants, has this day Offered to the CITY OF NZTORT BEACH, the sum of
.00 for Lot 16, Block 160, River Section, in the City of Newport Beach, as
on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
, California; and
WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price as end for the
price of said lotl and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that I
9 s for the best interests of said City that cpid property be sold for the solid sums
10 f $905.00; and
11 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair, and adequate and is not
12 isproportionate to the real value of the property above described,
13 NOB, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDS That €aid property be sold to the
14 said DONALD H. CONOVER and CECILE A. CONOVER, husband and wife as joint tenants,
15 Jor the sum of $905.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes
16 r the fiscal year 1948 -49. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reeer..
17 tions of record, The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorised and directed
18 1� execute and deliver a deed for the said property to tis raid party upon receipt
19 the consideration above set forth.
20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDI That the sum of $90.50 be paid to Ralph
211. Vaskey, as and for his commission for the negotiating of the sale of said real
221, roperty to DONALD H. CONOVER and CECILE A. CONOVER, husband and wife as joint
23 tenants, the said sum being a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in said
24 sale, and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach,
25 I hereby certify that the above end foregoing Resolution was duly
26gid regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
