RESOLIITION HO. `7
1 WHEREAS. C.C.Danbar and Clyde Denlingers married men as undivided
2 half interests. has this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH# the sum of
3 $200.00 for Northeasterly one -half of Lot 3. Block 1. "Seashore Colony Tract ".
4 as shown on a Map recorded in Book 7. page 25 of miscellaneous maps, records of
5 Orange County. California; and
6 WHEREAS. the said price is a fair and adequate price as and for
7 the pruchase price of said lot; and
8 WHERW. the City Council of the City of Newport Bef}ch deems that
9 it is for the best interests of said City that said property be sold for the said
10 aum of $200.00; 4nd
11 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair, and adequate and is not
12 disproportionate to the real value of the property above described.
13 NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDi That said property be sold to
14 the said C.C.Dpnbar and Clyde Denlinger, married men as undivided half interests•
15 for the sum of $200.00t free and clear of all enoumbrances, subject to the tans
16 for the fiscal year 1948 -49. Also subject to conditions. restrictions.and
17 reservations of record. The mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorised and
18 directed to execute and deliver a deed for the said property to the said party
19 upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
