RESOLUTION. 'o!� U'
WHEREAS, EDWARD TRENSINOER, a widower, has this day offered to
the CITY OF NE%FORT BEACH, The sum of $1117.00 for Lot 20. Block 38, River
in the City of Newport Beach, as shown on a flap recorded in Book 4. page 25 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; and
71 ' tAS. the said price is a fair and adequate price as and for
the purchase price of said lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that
it is for the best interests of said City that said property be sold for the said
sum of $1117.00; and
17HEREAS, the price offered is just. fair. and adequate and is
disproportionate to the real value of the property above described.
12 NOVI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL®LDS That said property be sold to
13 the said EDWARD TRENSINOER, a widower, for the sum of $1117.00. free and clear
14 of all encumbrances, subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1948 -49. Also
15 subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations of record. The Mayor and
16 the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed
17 for the said property to the said party upon receipt of the consideration ebov6
18 set forth.
19 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDa That the sum of $113.70 be paid to
20 Foote, Real Estate. as and for his commission for the negotiating of the 2,119
21 of said real property to EDWARD TRENSINVER. a widower. the sum being a fair and
22 reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale, and said broker being a lioen.
23 wed reeltor of the City of Newport Beach.
24 I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
25 and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
26 at a regular meeting thereof held on the 12th day of April, 1948, by the follow-
27 ing vote. to -wits
