RE'SOLUTION NO. f' V
1 WHERE AS, a certain quitclaim Deed dated the 12th day of Aprils
2 1948 from the CITY OF NE':POFT BRACH, a Municipal Corporation of the sixth class•
3 to LINCOLN H. NORMAN, quitclaiming, releasing and remising to the said
4 LINCOLN H. NORMAN, all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
5 Beach, County of Orange. State of California, and more particularly described as
6 follows&
7 Lot 21, Block 1, Tract No. 919, as shown on a Map recorded
8 in Book 29 pages 31 to 34 inc., of Misoellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
9 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach= and
10 WREBEAS, the City Council deems that the consideration offered for
11 said quitclaim Deed is fair, just and adequate and not disproportionate to the
12 actual value of the interest which the City of Newport Beach has in ana to said
13 property; and
14 ;';HFJWAS, tho City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems that
15 it is for the best interests of said City of Newport Beach that said quitclaim
16 Deed be executed in favor of LINCOLN H. NORMAN, by the Mayor and City Clerk of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT BESOLVEDI That the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed and authorised to
execute said quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and the City
Clerk is instructed to deliver the same to LINCOLN H. NORMAN.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolutiog was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
at a regular meeting thereof held on April 12, 1948, by the following vote,
to -wit:

of the City of Newport Beach filed and waintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3582 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
the 12th day of April s 19483 by the following
vote, to wit:
