RESOLUTION NO. 36 O 6
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City Council of
A City of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed executed by the COUNTY OF ORANGE,
political subdivision of the State of California, to the City of Newport Beach#
municipal corporation, covering that certaih property described as follows:
Lot 23, Block 431, Lancaster Addition. City of Newport Beach, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous Yaps, recWds of
Orange County, California.
WHSBEAS, the City of Newport Beach has agreed to pay for said real
party the sum of $2250.00, which sum of money is, in the opinion and judgement
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, the fair market value of said
NOW THEMORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Grant Deed covering said
1 property be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City
Newport Beach and the City Clerk is authorised, directed and instructed to
adiately record said Heed when title shall show clear and free in said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
;ularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at
adjouned regular meeting of the City Council held on the 26th day of July, 1948,
