RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK NO. 3613
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA
ORDERING THE WORK DESCRIBED IN
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3605
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
pursuant to the provisions of the "Improvement Act of 1911 ", being
Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cal fore
does resolve as follows:
That the public interest and convenience require the work
hereinafter mentioned to be done and therefore the said City Council
hereby orders the following work to be done and improvements to be
made in said City, to -wit:
The grading, paving, construction of curbs, gutters, storm
drain structures, together with appurtenant work in connection with
any and all items of improvement hereinabove mentioned, in Santa
Ana Avenue and other streets, alleys and easements, in Newport
Heights, all as more particularly described in Resolution of Inten-
tion No. 3605, passed and adopted by the City Council of said City
on the 26th day of July, 1948 and on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City.
For further particulars, reference is hereby made to said
Resolution of Intention No. 3605 and to the plans, profiles and
drawings on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City
of Newport Beach, and to the specifications for the said work here-
tofore adopted by the said City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk of said City, and all of said plans, profiles,
drawings and specifications heretofore approved by the City Council
of said City are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and
reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description
of said work.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the
23rd day of August, 1948, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen Greeley,_ Robertson,
Isbell, Blue, Drake
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
