RESOLUTION N0. 3621
WHEREAS, there has been this date presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain quitclaim of ease-
ment executed by the Southern California Edison Company, a corpor-
ation, quitclaiming all rights acquired by said corporation under,
or by virtue of that certain Grant of Easement from the City of
Newport Beach to said corporation dated, September 8, 1947 in Book
1599, Page 218 of Official Records of the County of Orange, State of
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said quitclaim as
presented be accepted by the City Council of Newport Beach and that
the City Clerk be authorized, directed and instructed to forthwith
record said deed in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 23rd
day of August 1948 by the following vote, to wit:

said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
