situated in the City of ieewycrt Beach, County of Orange, State of

California, anclm sore particularly described as follows:

Lot Sixteen in block Iodine of the Resubdivision of
Section One of Balboa Island, as shown on a Map

recorded in aook 6, page 30 of Miscellaneous Leaps,
records of Orange County, California.

Subject to taxes for fiscal year 1'148 -1949.

s presented to tho City Council of the City of Newrort Beach; and

UNFREAS, the City Council deems that the consideration offered

or said Quitelai+n Deed is fair, just and adequate and not disproport-

onate to the actual value of the interest which the City of Newport

Beach has in and to said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems

that it is for the best interests of said City of Newport Beach that
19
said Quitclaim Deed be executed in favor of FRED D. KYLL by the Mayor
20
and City Clerk of said City.

NOV19 TIIE WORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk

of t•e City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed and

authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the City of
24
Newport Beach, and the City Clerk Is instructed to deliver the same

to FRED D. KYLE.
