BEACH PROPOSED TO BE VACATED, CLOSED DP AND
ABANDONED.
MHMAS, the Cit,y Engineer of the City of Newport Beach has presented
to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain map showing a
portion of a certain street which the City.of Newport Beach proposed to
vacate, close up, and abandon in Tract 742, City of Newport Beach, County ' ?.
of Orange, State of California, and.:described as follows, to -wits
Beginnineat the southeasterly corner of Lot 50 Tract No. 742
as saAd:4ract is shown on a map recorded in Aliacella»eoms_
Napa, Book 23, Page 42, records of Orange County, Ca'l fornin " 66h tce,
northeasterly to a point, said point being the intersection -ef
the easterly prolongation of tbe� the northerly line at"
said Lot 5 and a line lying two feet measured at right anglea`
easterly of and parallel with the easterly line of Lots 6,

thence, northerly along said 1�arallel line to an
intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the
northeasterly line of said Lot 13;

directed to file.the same in the proceedings for the abandoment of a

portion of said street, and that said map be used in connection with the
Resolution of Intention this day passed in reference to tW abandoment of

said portion of said street.

The above and foregoing Resolution Rio. 3627 was passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 27th day of September, 1948, by the following vote, to-wits j
