WHEREAS, a Grant Deed from EARL W. STANLEY and MILDRED
STANLEY, husband and wife, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
Corporation of the Sixth Class of Orange County' California, dated
the'28th day of September, 1948, granting the City of Newport Beach
all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beat s
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
An easement or right of way for the purpose of construction
erection and laying of a pipe line or pipelines to convey
storm water, with the right of going in, under and over the
premises hereinafter described for the purpose of repairing
maintaining and replacing of said pipelines, Lag over and
under that certain real property described as follows, to-wits
The northwesterly five (5) feet of the southeasterly five
hundred (500) feet of the northeasterly one hundred fifty
(150) feet of Lot A Tract 919 as said tract is shown.upon
a map reetrded in Miscellaneous Map Book 29, pages 31 to 341
Records of Orange County, California.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
that the consideration for said deed is fair, dust and adequate.
WHEREMN9 Councilman ,,, a X made a motion,
duly seconded by Councilman W v e and carried, that
said Grant Deed be accepted by said City, and the City Clerk ins
led to record the same fortwith with the County Recorder of Orange
jCounty, California.
