WREM AS, there is presently ezieting a certain agresumt.mads and
entered into as of the 25th day of t�rxrember, 19k6, by and between the City of
Newport Beach and one 0. M. Campbell, wherein and whereby said 0. M. Comooll
as licensee was granted by said City a license for a period of five yea" from
said date to use the real property commonly known as the 19th Street Pier upon
certain conditions and previsions and upon certain rentals as in said agree-
men* more particularly set forth; and
WMRUS, said licensee is in default in the payments of the rentals as
therein specified to wits a sus in excess of $1,000.00; and
HBERAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach is informed
and advised that said 0. M. Campbell is not able to lay said delinquent rent
to the City of Newport Beach in frail and said licensee is desirous of surrender
ing all of his right, title and interest in and to, unto and under said agree-
ment in consideration of the acceptance by the City of Newport Beach of the
sum of $$00.00; and
VMUMLS it appears for the beat interest of the City of 14ewport Beach
that said license be cancelled and all of the right title and interest of said
0. M. Campbell unto and under said agreement and the permission with respect to
which said license was granted as aforesaid;

Campbell to the City of Newport Beach of the ama of $.500.00 said license and
agreement be terminated and cancelled,
BE IT ITTTATIER aESOMM that the Diayor and Ci:y Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach are hereby authorised and directed to execute a cancellation of
said agreement upon receipt of the City of Newport Beach of said sum of
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolation was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a re
meeting thereof held on the 11th day of April, 1949, by the following vote.
