RESOLUTION NO. 3685
RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, Orange County, California, cancelling all taxes and
penalties against certain properties situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and
owned by the City of Newport Beach in fee.
On Motion of Councilman Isbell
DULY SECONDED AND CARRIED, THE FOLLO ?PIING RESOLUTION WAS
ADOPTED.
UM EREAS, the City of Newport Beach in Orange County,
California, is the owner in fee of that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, in Orange County,

NOW, THEREFOU. , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, that all taxes and
penalties against all the lots and property heretofore described
be cancelled, and the Auditor is hereby authorized and directed to
cancel all such taxes and penalties as are now outstanding against
all the properties described in this Resolution.

owner of the properties described in the foregoing resolution,
and in accordance with the law in such cases made and provided
