IERMS, it Appears that on the / 3 —day of L 1949,
the Irvine Company filed with the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach a final map of proposed subdivision of cebtain ]and lying entirely
within the City of Newport Beach and known as Tract 1210; and
NR&=S, it appears to said City Council that said sap conforms
to all the requirements of the Subdivision map Act, being Chapter 2, Part
2. Division 4 of.Baeinese and Professions Code and all ordinances applicable
at the time of the approval of the tentative map of said. subdivision, and
of all rulings made thereunder; and
Now, MBEPBE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said final map heretofore

filed on the _4jLday of 1949, be and the same is hereby
approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the day of V
