6I WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
7 Public T,Iorks, Division of Highways, has presented an Agreement
8 for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City of Newport Beach
9 for the period Jule 1, 1949 to June 30, 1950.
10 T-,THEREAS, the City Council has heard read said eg- eement in
11 full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
12 THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of tho City
13 of Neknort Beach that said Agreement for Maintenance of the State
14 Highway i.n the City is hereby approved and the Mayor and the
15 City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
16 ADOPTED this 8th day of August, 1949.
