RESOLUTION No. 3715, being Resolution No. 3715 being a resolution authorizing the execution
agreement with Irvine Co. by the Mayor and City Clerk of an agreement with the Irvine Company to
o furnish water to Bay- furnish water to certain Irvine property including Beyehores, Swale. and
shores, Swales, Hubbards, Hubbarde, was adopted on motion of Councilman Robertson, seconded by Council -
adopt ad. man Greeley and carried by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Greeley, Robertson, Blue, Isbell and Drake
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
