This resolution was adopted on the 26th day of September, 1949.
The following excerpt was copied from the minutes:
Councilman ,Blue moved the adoption of Resolution No. 3732 ,
being a resolution authorizing the Ra :ror and City Clerk to execute on
behalf of the City of Newport Beach the following quitclaim deed, upon
redemption of taxes, to the following persona covering the following
described property:
DARREL D. WILSON 2 acres In Sections 19 and 20, Township 6, South,
V. A. HUSCRCFT Range 10 :Peet, S.B.B.& H. bounded northerly and
westerly by City Limits of Newport Beach, southerly
by E1 Moro Tract' (M-M- D, pa;;e 75) easterly by
Highland Street extension, records of Orange County
California.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Greeley and carried by the following
vote. to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Greeley, Robertson', Blue and Drake
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Isbell.
