Paolfis Union Netsl Company for the furnishing of said street
lightIM stausdards with luminaires and azpurtsnanees for the amp
of 13,367.20, be, and the same is herebyl aseepted; and
RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Contract for the fur-
nishing of said lighting standards, luminairas and appurtenances.
In asoordafte with the plane and speeifiestioes on Tile with the
City Clerk of the City of Newport 3eachs at said price of
$3067920 bee and the same is hereby. awarded to said Pacific .
Union metal Company; MA
BE 17 FURTM RMLVED that the Engineering Department
of the City of Newport Beach issue a purchase order to said
Pacific Union ]legal Company calling for the purchase of said
lighting 8taudards, luminaires and appurtenances at said price.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and regu-
larly passed. and adopted by the City Council of the City of New-
port Beach, at a regular meeting thereof held on the a 7 day of
