MUM. pursuant to notice inviting bids for ke
furnishing and installing of a water ripe line, heretofore duly
given, sealed proposals and bids thereof wore duly reasived and,
at the time and plane sat for said purposes duly opened and it
appearing that the lowest regular and responsible bidder is
W. A. Robertson d company, a so- partnership; and
MMRF.AB, there has been duly presented the City Co
of the City of Rrt a oertain Agreement dated November

City of Newport Death, providing for the furnishing and islsltall-
ing of said crater pipe Use.

HE IT rMHER AEDOLVi D, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and instructed to axe-
auto said agreement in the name of and fe r and on behalf of the
laity of nawport neash and that the City Clark furnish a duly ase-
emitted oapy thersot to said W. A. Robertson d Company.
The above and foregoing ;Resolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adapted by the City Council of the City of
