RESOLUTION NO. 3865
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMED?T
BET[,TEEN NEWPORT HARBOR TEEN CANTEEN, INC. ANT)
HARBOR DISTRICT COUNCIL OF BOY SCOUTS
WHEREAS, Newport Harbor Teen Canteen, Inc, and Harbor
District Council of Boy Scouts have entered into an Agreement for
the joint use of the Tarpit Building at 1714 Balboa Boulevard, and
HWF.REAS, the City of Newport Beach has, by an Agreement
of Lease, dated January 12, 1948, leased said premises to Newport
Harbor Teen Canteen, Inc., under which Agreement of Lease any use
of the said premises by persons other than the Newport Harbor
Teen Canteen, Inc, shall be approved by the City of Newport Beach;
and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that the City signify its
approval of such agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Newport
Beach does hereby signify its approval of said Agreement and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and d'sected -�o e-Gacut�
an approval of said Agreement in uniting thereon.
. The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a. regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Nerr�ort Beach, held on the 13th day of ?'ebruary, 1951, by the
followinpg vote, to -ait:

the foregoing Resolution No. 3865 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of
said City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on
