WMEREAB, the City Council of the City of Bewoort Beach
deems it neowsesary and advisable to have s county -wid® Coordin-
ated Ground Observer Corps, including the Filter Center; and
WHEREAS* the €►raage County end Cities Civil Defense
Planning Board has also believed that such a Coordinator is neo-
weary and adv isable and, has appointed Mr. Ben Liebermann as au
coordinator;
MOs, THL91r'FORE, BE IT ?tESOLVED, that the City Council
of flaw City of Newport 15eaaeh does hereby approve of the creation
of the post of County -aide Coordinator for the around Observer
Corps, including the Filter Center; and sows further approve of
the appointment of Hen Liobermam to such position.
