'adt EREAB, THE City of Newport Beach has had certain
+easements for public utilities and sower purposes over the fol-
lowing described property, owned by Misr >istanoe League of Newport
Beach, California, a corporation:
All that portion of th;t cent in ease -,ent, designated
Parcel "C ", lying .asterly of the `::est 30 feet of Lot 1195 in
Tract No. 907, and all of Parcel #D ", as described 1a.Deed of
Easement conveyed to the City of 5aw:tport Beach by the Griffith
Company, recorded March 11, 1346, in Book 1396, pages 336, 337
and 338, of Uf£icial Records of Orange County, California,
and
WHEISAS, said Assistance League of Ne -:port Beach, Cal
ornia desires to have the location of said easements changed from
their present location to another location to be furnished by the
Griffith Company, a corporation, the relocation of said easements
and utilities to be at no expense to the City; and
�MFREAS, it is deemed to be for the best interests of
the citizens of Newport Beach that the City of Newport Beach quit
claim said easements to the Assistance League of Newport Beach,
California;
KDA, TH9GFORL, BE 1 -2 Z=LVETB, that the City ofNewport
Beach quit claim the above described property to the Assistance
League of Newport Beach, California, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized tnd directed to execute said quit claim deed
for and in behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoln� resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of tLe City Council of the 01ty of
Newport Beach, held on the •237, day of �h � 19510 by the
following vote, to —wit:

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No. 3898 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
25th day of June t 1951, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN• Finch, Ramsey, Greeley, Blue, Isbell
