A RESOLUTION RESCINDING TIM ACTIO1413 ``'AiaX UNDER RKSOLUTIONS 4022,
4023 and 4029 Of TI4: CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of �.'iv ilI EiFACH,
WHMEAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
did, by Resolution 4nP—P, passed and aadonted at a meeting of said
City Council held on December 22,• 1952, sTgrove a map showing
portions of a street designated an Via Genoa in the City of New-
port Beach, which was proposed to be vacated, closed, up and aban-
doped; and
Wx:«aEAS, by Resolution No. 4023 of said City Council,
duly passed and adopted at said meeting of December 231, 1952, th
said City Council declared its intention to order the closing uP,
vacation and abandonment of as portion of aaaid street designated
as Via Genoa, said 1esolution 4O23 having set a henving on said
proposed vacation for January 1?_, 1993; and
WWM, by 1esolution 4o. 1109 of said City Council,
duly passed and adopted at a meetingthereof held on the 12th 8ay
of January► 1953, said-City council ordered the olosinr up, vaca-
tion and abandonment of said portion of Via Genoa-, and

In said Resolutions 4o22, 4023 and 4o2g and in the notice of
vacation, duly posted by the Superintendent of Ntreetat, as s&1d
description was furnished to the city, was in error; and

citizens of the City
of Newport Deaxoh that said proceedings for
the closing up, vacation and abandonment of r0A portion of Via
Genoa be rescinded and done over again, employing; the correct
description;

402x, 4023 and 4o29 be, and they are hereby, rescinded.

passed and adopted by the city counel.l of the City of Nernort
