Council of the City a Newport 1311 a certain Lease dated May 1,
1953, wherein the City of Newecrt Beach is beasor and the South
Coast Rifle and Pistol Club is Lessee, covering the northeasterly
two acres of the recently acquired City Disposal Area, said Lease
being for a period of one year at a yearly rental of $1,00 per
year; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that the said lease be en-
tered into;

City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Lease in behalf of the City and to deliver an exe-
outed copy thereof to the said South Coast Rifle mid Pistol Club.
The above wd foregoing 'aesolution was duly and regul-
arly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the L! , day of
1953, by the follewin vote, to wits

Beach, California, do hereby certify that according to the records
of the City of Newport Beach filed and maintained in my office,
the foregoing Resolution No 4084 was duly and
regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the
11th day of May 1953$ by the following
