ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHERLAS9 there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed from
J. D. and Dorothy He Doverspike, husband and wife, to the City of
Newport Beach, wherein said parties grant to the City of Newport
Beach a right of way or easement for the purpose of erecting,
laying and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convAy sewag,
with the right of going ins over and under the premises herein-
.after described, for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and
replacing, said pipe lines ins over and under that certain real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, described as follows, to -wits
The southwesterly five (5) feet of
Lot 41 Tract Noe 4440 as said tract
is laic out and shown upon a map
recorded in Miscellaneous daps,
Book 19, Page 29% records of Orange
County, California,
and WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said Deed;
NOW, TH&ZFORE, BE IT MOLVLD, that said Deed aforesaid
be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach,
and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed and instructed
to record said Deed immediately in the office of the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
