:'FiMEAS, pursuant to Notice Inviting Bids for the pav-
ing of an alley in Block Corona del Mar, heretofore duly
given, Sealed proposals and bids therefor were duly received,
at the time and place set for said tjurpose, duly opened, and it
appearing that the loeaest regular and responsible bidder is Hardy
and Harper; and

and the City of Newnort Beach, providing for said im-)rovement.

Hardy and Harper for said paving of said alley for the total sum
of 01,242.36 be, and the same is hereby, accepted; and
HE IT FURTUM7 RESOLM that said contract for said con-
struction in accordance with the clans and snecifloaticns on file
with the City Clerk of said City at said price of 11,242.36 bps,
and the same is hereby, awarded to the said H&zAy and It rper, and
BE IT FMT;iw H ^SOLV A that the payor and the City
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement In the name of and for anti. on behalf of the City of No,
port Deaeb, and that the City Clerk furnish a duly executers copy
thereof to said Hardy and Harper.

Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 1,714 day of
