RESOLUTION NO. 4129
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach did, on September
8, 1952, enter into a Service Concession Agreement with Thomas
W. and Lucile S. Patterson, covering certain premises on the
Corona del Mar Beach State Park; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provides that the said Patters
may not assign said Agreement without the consent of the City of
Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the said Pattersons are
desirous of assigning their interest in and to said Agreement to
N. Judson Palmer and Marion I. Palmer and have asked that the
City.of Newport Beach consent to the same; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of
citizens of the City of Newport Beach that said consent be

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of
Newport Beach consent to the assignment by Thomas W. and Lucile
S. Patterson to N. Judson Palmer and Marion I. Palmer of all of
their interest in said Service Concession Agreement of
September 8, 1952, and the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute a consent to
such assignment.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 10th
day of August, 1953, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith, Finch, Isbell, Benne
Miller
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None

regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said
City Council held at the regular meeting place thereof,. on the
