ACCEPTING G W4T DEED
'411MEAS, there has been ,presented to the, City of Nvwport
Beach a Grant Deed by S. E: tellwan and Lute H. Wellman,
Insband and wife, the sacs being dated Deptember 25,, 1973,
and covering the following deseribed property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Ora gs, State of California,
to edit t
Esjortion of Lot 1, Mock H, as shown upon a map of
Seashore Colony Tract, recorded in 14.i.scel2aneous
saps, Book %, Page 25, Records of Grange County,
California being 15 feet in width measured at right
angles and lying adjacent to and parallel with the
most northeasterly line of said Lot 1.

citizens of the City of Newport beach to accept said Grant Deed;
