WEREMs under the provisions of law it is the duty of
the Finance Officer to file each year with the State Controller
the Annual .Street Report required by the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California.
NOWj TH9REFOR$S BB'IT RESOLVEDr that the Finance Officer
of the City of Newport Beach hereby be authorized and directed
to-make end file with the State Controller each year the annual
Street Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and High.
ways Code of the State of California.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meefift of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 4Ln day of 1 19539
