ACCEP=TING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, there has boon presented to the City of Newport
Beach.a Grant Deed of Easement by Elizabeth Victoria Butterfield,
a married woman, the same ,tins dated October 15, 1953, and
covering the following described property.situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
A right of way or easement, 10 feet in width, over Lot 13,
Block 431, Corona del liar Tract, as said Tract is laid out and
shown uon a map recorded in Miscellaneous Kaps, Book 3, Pages
41 and &2, Records of Orange County, California, for the purpose
of erection, laying and construction, of a pipe line to convey
storm water with the right of going in, under and over the prop-
erty hereinafter described, for the purpose of repairing, main-
taining and replacing said pipe line in, over and under that cer-
tain real property being five (5) feet on each side of the follow
ing described center line to wits
Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of said
Lot 13, said point being distant 39.00 feet from the most
westerly corner of said Lot 131 said point also being
the true point of beginning, thence northeasterly on a
straight line to an intersection with the northeasterly
line of said Lot 13, said point of intersection being
distant 50.00 feet Prow. -the most northerly corner of
said Lot 13.
%''ERE S, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed
of Easement;
ROWS THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Grant Deed
of Easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the"stld here-
inabove described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beech and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the Zen day of 0 , 19539 by
the following vote, to wit:
