Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by Gerald. F. Rudd and thei H.

add, husband and wife, the same being dated October 23, 1953,

covering the following described property situated in the City

of lewport Beach, County of Grange, State of Culifornia, to wit:

1 A right of way or easement 54C feet in width over a

portion of Lot 12, .Block 12* Tract No, 27 as said Tract is
laid out and shown upon a map .recorded in 1- uscel.laneous I ap

purpose of erecting, layy.rg, and constructing a pig,e

line or pipe lines to convey sewage with the right of going,

pipe line in, over end under that certain real property

being 2.50 feet on each side of the following described cen-
