RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP SHOIWING A PORTION OF
A STR=q DESIGNATED AS J&ANGE STREET IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, Mai IS PROPOSED
TO BE VACATED, CLOSED UP AND ABANDONED

to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach a cer-

Beach proposes to vacatet:, close up and abandon in the City
of Newport Beach and which portion of said street is described as
follows to wit:
Begiuning at the most Southerly corner of Lot 1, Block H,
Seashore Colony Tract as said tract is laid out and shown upon a
map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 79 Page 25.-Records of
Orange County':, California thence southwesterly along the south-
westerly prolongation of 6; southeasterly line of said Lot 1 to
an intersection with a line lying parallel to and distant 15.00
feet from the southwesterly line of said Lot 1, thence southeast-
erly along the southeasterly prolongation of said parallel line
a distance of 2.50 feet, thence northeasterly in a straight line .
to an intersection with the southeasterly line of said Lot 1
said point of intersection being southwesterly of and distant
15.00 feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot 19 thence
southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said Lot 19 to the
point of beginning.
NOWt THEREFORE, BE IT Ri'uOLV' --D, that said Map be, and the
same is hereby, approved and the City Clerk of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby ordered and directed to file the same in the pro-
ceedings for the abandonment of said portion of said street and
that said map be used in connection with the Resolution of Intent
tion this day passed in reference to the abandonment of said por-
tion of said Street.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 23rd day of November, 19539 by the
