txjWRM, there has been presented to the city of Newport
+ch a Grant.Deed of E*sement by Matt Adak and Jennie L1idak,
husband and wife, the same being dated Noe.209 1953, and covering
the following described property situated in the city of Newport
j-,each, County of Orange,, State of California, to wit:
A right of way or easement 5.00 feet in width over Lot 8,
block 1,'2 Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out and shown upon
a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 99 rage 26, Records of
Orange County California, for the purpose of erecting, laying,
and construct a pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage with
tine right of going in, over and under the premises hereinafter
described for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and replacing
said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real property
being 2.50 feet on each side of the following described center
line to gait:
Beginning at a point in the northeasterly lot
line of Lot 81 of said Block 12, said point
beiiz north 5G" NO LO" west and distant 75.5c
.feet from the most easterly corner of said
Lot B; thence in a straight line to an inter-
section with the southwesterly lot line of said
Lot Q, said point of intersection being north

most southerly corner of said Lot 8.
