WIU, ILAb, there has' been pr :seznted to the City of Newport
reach a Grant need of ft� sement by William 1. Landis and Gladys
Landis, husband and vife., the same being dated October 27, 1953,
and covering the following described property situated in the Ci
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, ;Mate of California, to wits
A right of way or easetaent 5.Ot.,feet in width over a por-
tion of Lot 111 flock 12, Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out
and shown upon a nap recorded in Uscellaneous snap :cook 99 Page
26, Records of Orange County,. Califorria, for the i:urpose of
erecting, laying, and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to
convey sewage with the right of going In., over and under the prem
ises hereinafter described for the purpose of repairing, main-
taining and replacing; said pip: lines in, over and under that
certain real property tieing 2.50 feet on etch side of the follov-
ing described center Line to wit:
beginning at a point in the northeasterly lot line of
Lot 11 of said Block 129 said point being north 500
101 00" west and distant 78.56 feet froze. the most
easterly corner of said Lot 11; thence south 710 43'
4" west a distance of 40.6$ feet to an intersection
with a line lying parallel to and distant IOC.00 feet
from the southeasterly line of said Lot 11.
