Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by Charles L. Blackwell and Annie
C. Blackwell, husband and wife, the zame being dated DOcember 71
3953, and covering the fallowing described property situated in
the City of i<ewport ✓each, County of Orange/ State of California,
to wit

of Lot. 12, Block 121 Tract No. 27 as said Tract is laid out and
shown upon a map recorded in.P$3scellaneous Kap Book 9, Page 26

with the right of going in$ over and under the premises herein-
