ACCEPTING GMiT DEED
WHBitEAS, there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by G, I#. Pease, widower, the same
being dated Itovember 28th, 19539 and covering the following de-
scribed property situated in the City of I4ewport Beach$ County of
Orange, .:tats of California, to "wit:
A right of way or easement 3.0o foot in width over lot
1241 Tract No. 1116 as said Tract is laid out and shown upon a
map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 36 Pages 19 and 2C,
records of Orange County, California, for the purpose of erecting,
laying, and constructing a pipeline or pipe lines to convey
water with the right of going in, over and under the premises here
inefter described for the purpose of repairing, maintainix:g and
replacing said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real
property being 1.5t, feet on each side of the following described
center line to wit:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of
Lot 124, Tract No. 1116 as said Tract is laid
out and shorn upon a map recorded in i- ;iseel-
laneous Maps Book 36, Pages 19 and 2C, Records
of Orange County,.California, thence westerly
along the southerly line of said Lot 124, a
distance of 118.00 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence northerly along a line par-
allel to and distant lld.C(, feet from the
easterly line of said Lot 124 to an intersection
with the northerly line of said Lot 124.

citizens ofthe Uty of I1e;.po7rt.Beach to accept said Grant Deed of
Easement,

of easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
above described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
