ACCEPTING GRANT
WHEREAS# there has been presented to the City of Newport
Beach a Grant deed of Easement by Harry A. Stone and Margaret V.
Stone, husband and wifes, the same being dated December 9th, 19530
and covering the following described property situated in the Olt
of Newport Beach, County of Orange, 'Mate of California, to wits
A right of way or easement 3.00 feet in width over lot
125, Tract No. 1116 as said Tract is laid out and shown upon a
map recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 36, )""ages 19 and 20, re-
cords of Orange County# for the purpose of erecting, laying, and
constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to convey water with the
right of going; in, over and under the premises hereinafter de-
scribed for the purpose of repairing, maintaining and replacing
said pipe lines in, over and under that certain real property be-
ing 1.50 feet on e,,Ach side of the following described center line
to wit:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of
Lot 125, Tract No. 1116 as said Tract is
lKid out and shown upon a ma recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps Book 36, Pages 19 and
20 Records of Orange County, California,
thence westerly along the southerly line
of said Lot 1250 a distance of 118.00 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence
northerly along a line parallel to and dis-
tant 118.00 feet from the easterly line of
said Lot 125 to an intersection with the
northerly line of said Lot 125.
AND, WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the
citizens of the City of Newport Beach to accept said Grant Deed
of Easement;
NOWv THEREFORE, BE IT RGaOLVEA, that the said Grant Deed of
Easement herelnbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
above described real property, is accepted and approved by the
City of Newport Beach and is hereby ordered recorded.
The above and foregoing Resolution was duly passed and a-
dopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the �„ day of �Qi�-�/ , 1933s
by the following vote, to wit.
