wHERE&S, there has been this day presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Leach c certain License Agreement
between the City of Newport Bleach and Angel Garcia; and
w7MPJLAS, said License Agreement provides for the use of the
Disposal Area of the City of Newport Beach by Angel Garcia for a
period of five (5) years from January 1, 195+ to December 31,
1958, to dispose of the trash in said City for a consideration
of $1.00 per ton, and said license Agreement container certain
other terms, conditions and considerations therein set forth; and
kiHIMS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems
that it is for the best interests of said City and its citizens
that said License Agreement be entered into with said Angel Garcie
under the terms, conditions and for the consideration therein
mentioned;
NOW9 THEREFORE, HE IT RIkSOLVED, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk of t2:e City of Newport Leach be, and they are hereby,
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Lease on be-
halt of the City of Newport Beach.
