Beach a Grant Deed of Easement by George McFamara and ,Melba Mcliamara
4 husband and wife, the same being.dated February 23, 1955, and
.5 covering the following described property situated in the City of
6 Newport beach, County of Orange,, Mate of California,, to wit:

. and/or replaces.pipesg Valves, hydrants meters and other appur-
9 tenances for supplying and diitributingta domestic eater supply
- or for giving fire protectiono and sanitary sewer pipe lines,
10 manholes and other appurtenances for the purpose of conveying-
domestic or industrial sewage and to use the smo for such pur-
11poseaq and for the installation of underground conduit and an
ornamental lighting system$ in and upon that certain easezent for
12 private road- on-Lots 2, 39 1+, and 51, and that certain easement for
private road on Lots 1, 7, and 6, both as s own upon a map of
13 Tract No, 1723 recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book. 50g page 319

other appurtenances for supplying and distributing domestic water

pipe lines, sewer pumping stationg manholes and,other aprurtenances

to use the same for such purposes, and including underground con-
19 duitq wire, ornamental light standards, and appurtenances, now
20 installed in and upon the easement as described In parcel 1 hereof.
