WI EAS, there has this day been prosented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach, a.certain Grant'Becd of easement
from 0. W. Richard and Jennio V. Richards husband and wife, to
the'City�qt Newport Beach, the same being dated
1955, wherein said parties grant to the City of
Newport Beach a right of way or easement, for the rurpose of
erecting laying and constructing a pipe line or pipe lines to
convey sewage and water, with.the. right of going in, over and
under the premises hereinafter described, for the purpose of re-
4iairin97 maintaining and replaeingf said pipe lines in, over and
under that certain real. property situated in the City of Vewport
.Beach, County of Or"auge, State of California, described as fol-
lows, to wit:

as shown upon a map If Tract No. 27, recorded in
,Useeilaneous :Ap ]look 99 Pzgo 26, Records of
Gran a County, California, vacated by Resolution
Wo. &124 of the City Council u' 'the City of Now-
port Beach, Recorded in Hook 2566, Page 2109 .
Records of said Orange County, vtate of California,
and more particularly described as follows.
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 2
of Block 1, as shown upon said map of Tract NO.
2%, thence southvestarly along the northwesterly
line of said Lot 2, a distance of 20 feet; thence
northwesturly on a line parallel to the north-
easterly line of said Lot 2, to an.intersection
with a line lying 4 feet southeasterly of and
parallel to the southeasterly Line of Lot 1 of
said Block l; thence southwesterly along said
parallel line to an intersection {rtth the south-
eaeterly.prol,ongation of.the southwesterly line
of Lot 1 of said Block 1, thence northwesterly
along said southeasterly prolongation to *..he most
southerly corner of said Lot.1- thetace northeast-
erly along the southeasterly Mie of said Lot 1
to the most easterly corner thereof; thence south-
easterly along the southeasterly prolongation of
the northeasterly line of said Lot 1 to the point
of beginiiing.

lithe citizens of the City'of Vewport Beach to accept said grant

easement hereinbefore referred to and covering the said herein-
• 3 before described real property.is accepted and approved by the
4 City of Peup ort Beach and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
5 directed and instructed to record said grant deed of -easement
6 immediately in the office of tho County Recorder of Orange County,
7 California.
8 The above and foregoing resolution was'dul.y passed and
9 adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the -City of
