RESOLUTION i40. 4LIZ
WHEREAS, there has been presentkd; to the City Counail
of the City of Newport Beach a certain lease between the City
of Newport Beach and the Civil Aeronautics Administration,
Department of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of Newport Beach has heretoto
considered the terms and conditions of said lease and that saM '
terms and conditions are reasonable and it appears that the
consideration is Saar and adequate,
NOW, THMWO M,p BE IT AMLYBD that the ftyor and the
City Cleric be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said lease In the name of and for and on behalf of the
City of Newport Beach.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed and adopted by the Cite Council Of the City of
Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof hell! An the 13th day
of .tune, 1955 by the following roll Ball vote, to wits
