RESOLUTION NO. 4351
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO
THE AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF
STATE HIGHWAY IN THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 2 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway
in the City of Newport Beach dated March 1, 1955.
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment
Number 2 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach that said Amendment Number 2 is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 1955.
