RESOLUTION NO. 4353
RESOLUTION RE- ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, PLAN, AND MAP
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CLIFF
DRIVE AND OTHER RIGHTS OF WAY.
WHEREAS, since plans and profiles have been adopted for
the construction of the above improvement, certain changes have
been made necessary; and
WHEREAS, such changes have now been made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, AS
FOLLOWS:
That the specifications for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Cliff Drive and certain other streets, alleys, and
easements, plan for said improvement numbered 441, and Map of
Assessment District for said improvement numbered 441 -A, sub-
mitted by J. B. WEBB, City Engineer be, and the same are hereby,
re- adopted as the specifications, plan and map for the doing of
said work and improvement, and the same shall be filed in the
Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof be filed in the
Office of the City Clerk.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1955.
