RESOLUTION NO. 4354
RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES
AND APPURTENANT WORK IN CLIFF DRIVE AND OTHER
STREETS AND RIGHTS OF WAY.
WHEREAS, the City Council has received from the Health
Officer of the City a request for the installation of sanitary
sewers and appurtenances and appurtenant work in Cliff Drive
and other streets and rights of way as a health measure, pur-
suant to Section 2808 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE AFFIRMATIVE
FOUR - FIFTH'S VOTE OF THIS COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
That the public interest, conveniences and necessity re-
quire the construction of sanitary sewers and appurtenances and
appurtenant work in Cliff Drive and other streets and rights of
way, and it is expressly found and declared to be necessary as
a health measure that this finding is made pursuant to Section
2808 of the Streets and Highways Code, and this Council affirma-
tively makes all of the findings provided and required by said
Section of said Streets and Highways Code by the affirmative
four - fifth's vote of the members of this Council.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 1955.
