The City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
DOES HMMY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain consent to conveyance of a
sanitary sewer easement to the city of Newporc Beach, Californi,
executed by Stanley F. Bell, Carmen E. Bell , is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. That the City Cleric is hereby authorized and
Instructed to certify to this Resolution, to attach the same to
said instrument and record the acme in the office of the County
Recorder of Orange County, Califo ia.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1955.
