1S, the Irvine Many, Hyford Irvine and
Kathryn Lillard Wheeler, as the owners or that certain uninhabited
real property referred to as "First Addition to Irvine Terrace"
have filed their consent "Mwthe City Clerk of Newport Beach
that said territory be annexed to the City of Newport Beach and
that:the hearing on the annexation thereto be held on September 360,
1955 at the hour of 7130 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the
City Mal of the City of Newport Beach, 3300 Newport Blvd.,
Newport Beach, California, and that the property in the said
annexation shall be subjected to taxation after annexation
equally with property within the City of Newport Beach to pay
the bonded indebtedness of the City of Newport Beach outstand-
ing or authorized at the time of annexation for the acquisition,
0600rsction or completion of municipal improvements;
NOW, TNMMHE, BE IT RE30LYBD by the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach that the aforementioned consent
In hereby accepted by the City of Newport Beach.
